Self-protection - Security guard


A Muscoy safety protector blast and killed a man behind Sunday, June 19, behind he said he was attacked by numerous men during an effort theft.

The safety protector, whose name was not unconfined, was at commerce in the 1875 block of West Highland Street in unincorporated San Bernardino, according to a San Bernardino County sheriff’s declaration.

The safety protector said he was assault by a number of equipped men about 2:45 p.m. During the argument the security guard said he feared for his life and ablaze a handgun at one of his attackers, sheriff’s officials said.

Paramedics and sheriff’s deputies found Esteban Fierro, 23, suffering from gunshot wounds to his torso. He was taken to a nearby infirmary where he died from his injuries soon following midnight, according to the coroner’s office.

The safety protector was not under arrest and sheriff’s homicide detectives are investigating the case as probable self-protection to decide if it was a justified slaughter.
