Join up required for safety guard assault


Queensland police have free an representation of two men they consider may be capable to support them in relative to the serious attack earlier this year of a man in Goondiwindi.
Police say that May 17, two men who were ejected from a hotel on Marshall Street became destructive towards a 23-year-old male safety guard working at the premises.
They say that outside the premises, the men frequently punched and kicked the safety protector, causing grave facial injuries.
'The pair fled the area previous to police at home,' police said.
'The injured party was treated at Goondiwindi Base Hospital.'
